First I would say EVERY employee Ive interacted with at your dealership was helpful BUT Fairfield was tops. 6 months earlier to me buying my BMW r1250r I talked to Mr Fairfield about getting into riding after a 30 year hold (Raising kids and airline job kept me busy). He said to take the BMW/Harley riders course to brush up and practice before buying, which I did. He was instrumental in my selection of a bike that fits my needs. As a side note the Service Manager I talked to about 1st service was helpful to scheduling my work at 600 miles. What a GREAT buying experience. Ive owned Harley's, Moto guzzi's ( Which I still own by basic trainer) and can say the BMW is tops in fit and finish and Advanced Technical features. (Employee: Fairfield Watson)
