First off, Fairfield my salesman was top notch, He spent hours on the phone with me days prior setting up my purchase so when I finally made the trip from out of state to pickup the bike the ordeal was streamlined. There was one issue where an item on the bike as advertised wasn't on the bike. The sales manager Charlie really looked out for me and the dealership took the ethical route of offering the part to me or taking the price off the bike. Parts department was super nice to work with as well as the finance manager, the whole staff was very pleasant to work with, not once did I feel pressured, rushed or mistreated in any way. If you're looking for a BMW or Ducati I can't express how amazing this staff was to work with. I definitely plan on using them for my service center in the future and feel confident that they will continue to do me right. Thanks again BMW Charlotte, you earned your 5 stars with me.
