The service team was great. I didnt have an appointment for an open recall on my new 2020 bmw s1000rr but they squeezed me in and I got back on the road same day! Also bought a helmet while I waited and the parts team were very helpful. Looking forward to bringing my bike back for its first service soon and getting to some track days in the near future.
