Dear Mr. Engel, Thank you for the opportunity to express my appreciation to the members of your staff who did such an outstanding job during my bike purchase. Please include Mr. Fairfield Watson (whose name does not appear on the pull-down menu) as a five- star performer. Fairfield took me on a great test ride, and patiently answered all of my questions about the new bike. Mr. Greg North was not involved directly with the sale, but even before I moved into the area, he did me a big favor. My old bike was being transported from California, and it looked like it would arrive here before I did, with no one to receive it. I was able to contact Greg, who said I could have the bike delivered to MOC.
