Was in Motorcycles of Charlotte today for service on my 2018 GS and to have some parts replaces and cylinder guards installed. Got there at 8:30 and Michael (service manager) and Jason (BMW Tech Extraordinaire) greeted me with the usual smiles. I had an appointment so I got right in. Told them what I needed done and they also did 2 warranty items. While I waited I had coffee, chatted with some of the sales guys and met 2 really nice guys from Virginia who were just passing through. Shortly after noon my bike was done, service was completed exactly as expected, my old parts were kept as I had requested and my GS was ready for the next adventure without a smudge of grease or spot of oil on it. Being the anal type I really appreciate getting my bike back just as when it arrived. Service was great, priced fairly and best of all the folks I interacted with were friendly and fun to deal with.
