I recently purchased my bike from Motorcycles of Charlotte. Having a handlebar vibration between 4500 and 6000 rpms that put my hand to sleep. Mr. Long inspected the bike from end to end. While he didnt provide the answer I was looking for, he explained what all he had checked. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This is a Service department I want to do business with.
