I stopped by on my way through the area and bought the supplies required for my next 12K service for my 2018 BMW R1200RT-LC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dealership had all the required parts in stock and got me on my way in short order. I will be back. I also had a very nice discussion about a problem I have been having with my motorcycle and the service manager and service writer took the time to discuss my problem and offered me a few items to check. They offered their services if the suggestions didn't cure my problems.
