I came in for the first service, which I was told from the beginning was a 1st 500mile oil change. I came in was shown a work order that was for around 495! After my confusion, we went and spoke to the dealer, who said do to the price I paid for the bike, I couldnt get the 1st service free. I did receive about 100 dollars off the price, but my disappointment was, I was not preinformed about this! I would of set money aside! Also I feel that maybe it wasnt said because of the fear of me maybe deciding not to buy the bike, which was a null issue! The bike is great, but After my cousin referring me to you who purchased bikes from you, as well as my friend who was considering the same bike, I may refer him elsewhere! Quick money may have been the wrong way for you to go!
